BLOKIAA — PRIVACY POLICY

Blokiaa is a site and apartment management application developed by Tostbang Teknoloji. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the application, how it is used, and your rights. By using the application, you accept this policy.

Account information

• Full name, email address, phone number
• User role (manager, resident, tenant, security officer)
• The site, block, and apartment you are associated with
• Your password is stored only in encrypted form and cannot be seen by us

In-app records

• Dues debt and payment records
• Requests and maintenance/fault reports you create
• Your survey participation
• Your common area reservations
• Your vehicle information (license plate, make, model, color)
• The name, surname, and phone number of guests you register
• Site entry/exit logs

Photos and files

Your profile photo and any photos or documents you attach to requests. Collected only when you choose to upload them.

Technical information

Notification ID, session and device information, IP address, application version

What we do not collect

• Location data is not collected.
• No advertising identifiers are used.
• Your contacts, messages, or call logs are not read.
• The application contains no ads or tracking tools.
• Your data is never sold.

No credit card or IBAN information is collected within the application. Dues payments are made outside the application; the application only tracks the payment record.

• Notifications: To send announcement, dues, and request notifications.
• Camera: To take and upload photos. Accessed only when you initiate it.
• Photo and file access: To let you select the file you want to upload. Your gallery is not scanned; only the file you select is read.

You can turn off permissions at any time from your device settings.

Your data is shared within the application on a role basis. The site manager can see the contact, apartment, dues, and request information of residents in their own site. Security officers only access the information necessary for entry security. Other residents cannot see your personal data.

Your data is also processed with the server hosting and notification delivery providers we use to operate the application, solely for the purpose of providing these services.

Other than this, your data is not shared with third parties. Data may only be shared with authorized public authorities where legally required.

• All data communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
• Your login credentials are kept in your device's secure storage area.
• Access is role-based; users can only see the data they are authorized for.
• Passwords are stored in a non-reversible (hashed) format.
• You can view and terminate your active sessions from within the application.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy. Your data is kept in the system as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, your data is deleted or anonymized; only records that legislation requires to be retained are kept for the legally required period.

You have the right to access your data, request its correction, request its deletion, and object to its processing.

To delete your account and data, simply send your request to admin@tostbang.com from the email address registered to your account.

Your requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

Blokiaa is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is detected, it is deleted without delay.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the application. The current date appears at the top of the document.
